We are seeking a dedicated Bidding & Procurement Associate with strong experience in Railway projects. Candidates who have previously worked with Railway project companies will be preferred.Key Responsibilities * Preparing and submitting bids for Indian Railways tenders (S&T/Telecom/Civil/Electrical as applicable). * Coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for rate finalisation and documentation. * Handling procurement processes, negotiation, and vendor management. * Maintaining BOQs, tender documents, and technical/financial forms. * Executing the Agreement process post-LOA with the respective Railway division/authorities. * Tracking tender updates, corrigenda, and ensuring timely submissions.
