Roles & Responsibilities of a Tele caller (Female):
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound calls professionally.
Explain product or service details clearly to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a daily call and lead report.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits to customers.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with the customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Prior experience as a tele caller or similar role is an added advantage.
