Business Development Executive (BDE) – Mumbai & Pune
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our investment services to HNI clientele, traveling between our Mumbai (Kandivali but soon SHifting to Borivali) and Pune offices, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Travel regularly between Mumbai and Pune offices as required
Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
Present and promote investment solutions tailored to client needs
Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams
Prepare and deliver professional presentations
Requirements
Must reside in Mumbai, preferably on the Western Line
Education in finance, marketing, or related field preferred; candidates from other backgrounds with relevant knowledge are welcome
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel between Mumbai and Pune as needed
Work Environment
Office hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mumbai)
Western corporate attire (blazers, trousers/skirts, shirts) is mandatory
Compensation
Starting salary: ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and knowledge)
