Job Description

Role Objective:

The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s digital marketing solutions (Website, SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.), and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

  • Understand client requirements, analyze their business challenges, and propose suitable marketing solutions.

  • Present company services (Website Design, SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC Campaigns) effectively.

  • Prepare proposals, conduct follow-ups, and negotiate to close deals successfully.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, and Technical) to deliver the best client experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing (preferred).

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Websites, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in client interactions.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Sheets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B sales environment.
