We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our presence in the corporate mobility and employee transportation segment. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in corporate mobility and employee transportation
• Conduct client meetings and presentations with corporate decision-makers
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable mobility solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with operations and supply teams for smooth onboarding of clients
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts in line with company guidelines
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobility, transportation, travel, logistics, or hospitality
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of lead generation, CRM handling, and revenue growth
• Willingness to travel to client locations for meetings
• Good understanding of local market dynamics
• MBA / BBA / BMS / B.Com or equivalent
• Experience in employee transportation, cabs, shuttle services, or corporate travel
• Results-driven with a proactive sales mindset
