Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Not a sales job. A business-building role.

Most fresher roles ask you to follow scripts.
This one teaches you how businesses actually grow.

At StackDot, Business Development Executives are trained to understand markets, identify real business gaps, communicate value, and build long-term client relationships — not just push services.

What you will actually do

Instead of routine calling, you will:

  • Learn how startups, founders, and CXOs think before outreach

  • Research industries and companies to identify real opportunities

  • Craft meaningful conversations rather than scripted pitches

  • Participate in strategy discussions for outreach and positioning

  • Work closely with marketing, technical, and leadership teams

  • Support building long-term client relationships

  • Understand international sales pipelines from first contact to deal closure

This role focuses on quality of understanding, not quantity of calls.

Within your first year, you will gain hands-on exposure to:

  • International B2B sales (USA, Europe, UAE, and more)

Internship & Full-Time Opportunity

This position begins with a 6-month structured internship designed to build strong business fundamentals.

  • First 3 months: Training-focused internship (unpaid), where you will learn research, communication, and business development fundamentals.

  • Next 3 months: Based on performance, consistency, and learning attitude, a stipend will be provided.

Candidates who perform well during the internship will be offered a full-time Business Development Executive role with greater responsibilities and growth opportunities.

This internship is designed as a learning and growth phase, not just an evaluation period.
