Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales growth across Ahmedabad & North Gujarat
Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors in the assigned territory
Manage and expand ₹50+ MRP SKU portfolio in the market
Handle Key Accounts, Modern Trade, Supermarkets, and Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe segment
Build strong retailer relationships to improve visibility and market penetration
Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Ensure strong distributor ROI and market execution standards
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Must be based in Ahmedabad with strong local market knowledge & Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory)
3–6 years of experience in Beverages / FMCG sales
Proven experience in distributor appointment and territory expansion
Experience in handling Key Accounts / HoReCa / Supermarkets in Ahmedabad
Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills
