Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic team. The BDA will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Understand client needs and present relevant product or service solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and performance.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM with all client interactions and pipeline stages.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (freshers may also apply depending on the company).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
Understanding of consultative selling techniques.
Knowledge of the industry or target market.
