Sales Engineer - HVAC

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled HVAC Sales & Design Engineer to join our growing team. This role blends engineering expertise with client-facing sales responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both technical design and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Engagement

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC systems.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.

• Design & Engineering

  • Develop HVAC system designs based on project requirements.

  • Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/piping design.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver cost-effective and efficient solutions.

• Project Support

  • Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment specifications.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC design and sales.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, HAP, Revit).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC projects.

• Familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable design practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
