Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Achieve monthly revenue, sales, and client retention targets.

• Supervise and motivate staff including consultants, dieticians, physiotherapists, and support team.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching where needed.

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle client escalations.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, protocols, and statutory regulations.

• Monitor inventory, clinic facilities, and ensure proper upkeep.

• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

• Drive local marketing, promotional activities, and community outreach to attract new clients.

• Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration within the clinic.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/MBA in Management, Healthcare, or related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in branch/center management, preferably in slimming, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve business targets.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of customer service best practices and clinic operations.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
