About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through cold calling and qualified leads and converting them into clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers (Cold Calling / Provided Leads)
Handle leads from Google Ads / Just Dial / Marketing campaigns
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable services:
Explain pricing plans and service benefits
Follow up with interested customers
Convert leads into clients and onboard them
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain lead updates and follow-ups in Excel / CRM

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (English (basics) / Tamil / Hindi / Telugu / kannada preferred)
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
0–2 years of sales / telecalling experience (Freshers with good communication can apply)
