Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
•            Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve company targets.
•            Identify, approach, and build relationships with new corporate clients.
•            Manage existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction through effective service and follow-ups.
•            Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
•            Collaborate with internal teams (operations, design, and production) to ensure  timely delivery and client support.
•            Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
•            Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
•            Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.


•            Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales/marketing.
•            MBA in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution.
•            Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
•            Ability to handle client queries professionally and maintain strong business    relationships.
•            Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
•            Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Preferred: Female candidates with experience in industrial, furniture, building material, or related sectors
