Assistant Manager

• Sales and Distribution:

  • Managing and growing a team of personal loan sales executives. 

  • Achieving personal loan sales targets and contributing to overall business profitability. 

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share. 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners (e.g., DSAs). 

• Team Management:

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members. 

  • Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to improve performance. 

  • Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets. 

• Relationship Management:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. 

  • Understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions. 

  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. 

• Process and Operations:

  • Ensuring smooth loan processing and documentation. 

  • Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
