The Pre-Sales & Solutions Engineer will be responsible for providing technical pre-sales support across Networking, IT Infrastructure, Video Surveillance, Access Control, and integrated ELV solutions. The role involves solution designing, technical presentations, Proof of Concept (POC) execution, tender support, BOQ preparation, technical documentation, and pricing coordination to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales & Solution Design
Understand customer requirements through site visits, client meetings, and technical
discussions.
2. Technical Presentations & Client Engagement
Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) deployments.
• Address technical queries during pre-bid and post-bid meetings.
• Provide technical clarifications and documentation during evaluation stages.
• Represent the company in client technical discussions and site surveys.

• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including:
o Network topology diagrams
