Job Title: Study Visa Counselor

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Study Visa Counselor to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and admission processes for countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and others. This role involves guiding students through the entire visa application journey, from course selection to post-visa support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to students regarding study abroad options.

• Assist students in selecting suitable programs, universities, and countries based on their profiles and preferences.

• Handle the complete study visa process including application filing, documentation, and interview preparation.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies for various countries.

• Follow up with students and keep them informed about application status.

• Coordinate with universities and visa offices when required.

• Maintain and update student files and records.

• Meet monthly targets and maintain conversion rates.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for students and parents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Study Visa Counselor or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of student visa processes for Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred.
