• Counsel interested candidates by making outbound calls.
• Handle customers in a calm, empathic & patient manner, along with strong sales
persuasion skills.
• Keep all reporting formats, CRM, etc., updated regularly.
• Ensure achievement of targets through effective sales strategies.
• Convert inquiries for the program into course enrolments.
• Foster meaningful connections with new clients while nurturing and enhancing our
existing relationships.
Ideal candidate:
• Any bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Prior experience in Edtech sales or admission counselor experience will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Result-driven go-getter who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
