Job Title: Sales Executive (FMCG – Dihang Organic Tea Brand)
Place : Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: 25000- 30000/ month.

Key Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a "whatever it takes" mindset.
Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors to grow the MT Tea network.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure consistent re-ordering and brand loyalty.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends to keep MT Tea ahead of the curve.
Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline growth.
What We’re Looking For
FMCG Expertise: Proven experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector (Tea or Beverage experience is a massive plus).
Dynamic Personality: You are persuasive, energetic, and can spark a conversation with anyone.
