About the Role

We are looking for a persuasive and empathetic Tele caller to join our clinic in Baner. You will be the first point of contact for patients inquiring about skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments. Your goal is to guide patients through our services and convert inquiries into confirmed clinical appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries from social media, Google My Business, and the website regarding skin treatments (Laser, Botox, Fillers, Acne care, etc.).

• Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic’s calendar and schedule consultations for our dermatologists using appointment management software.

• Outbound Calling: Follow up with existing patients for session reminders and call back "lost" leads to re-engage them.

• Patient Education: Briefly explain clinical procedures, pre-care, and post-care instructions to patients over the phone.

• Database Management: Maintain an accurate record of calls, feedback, and appointment status in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any stream; candidates with a background in Healthcare or Hospitality are preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Front-desk roles (ideally in a Dermatology, Dental, or Wellness clinic).

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Soft Skills: A polite, patient-centric approach with the ability to handle sensitive medical queries.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
