Expert Education is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to join our growing team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students toward the right academic and career paths, and ensuring a positive and supportive environment for their educational journey.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Provide academic and career counselings to students and parents.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.

Understand students’ needs and suggest suitable courses and programs.

Maintain regular follow-ups and assist with the admission process.

Keep updated records of student interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with faculty and management for student development initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (related fields preferred).

Prior experience in student counselings or education consultancy is an advantage.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational abilities and a student-first approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.
