Handle incoming leads and schedule site visits as per SOP (including main-road reception protocol).
Conduct compelling property presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and USPs of E Square Homes projects.
Build strong rapport with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate project recommendations.
Maintain timely follow-ups through company CRM and software (Buildesk).
Assist in form filling, documentation, and collection of token amount upon deal closure.
Coordinate with CRM department post-sale for further process.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
Attend training sessions and stay updated with all project developments and offerings.
