Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through their academic journey, helping them choose the right courses or programs, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

• Understand students’ educational and career goals to recommend suitable courses or institutions.

• Manage inquiries through calls, emails, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.

• Provide accurate information regarding program structure, eligibility, and fees.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly counseling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, student advisory, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and good organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
