About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead operations for our premium footwear store. The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing store operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure adherence to brand SOPs.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive KPIs (Conversion, UPT, ATV).
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and footwear display.
Provide product knowledge and size/fit assistance to customers.
Handle customer escalations, exchanges, and after-sales support.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent service.
Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS compliance.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication & customer service orientation
Good understanding of footwear categories, sizes, and fittings
Sales-driven with analytical ability
Knowledge of stock management & retail operations
Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office

Salary Range

₹ 35k (As per experience & industry standards)

Work Schedule

6-day working
Weekends & festive season availability required

Key Requirements

Retail experience must
Footwear or fashion retail experience preferred
Ability to handle high footfall and premium customer service
