Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients interested in participating in government tenders.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Educate clients about government tender opportunities and procurement processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies seeking government contracts.
Develop and deliver customized sales pitches based on client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to support clients in the bidding process.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by increasing client participation in tenders.
Stay updated on government procurement trends, policies, and upcoming tenders.
Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in the tender domain.
Good understanding of e-tendering platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and state procurement portals.
Proven track record of lead generation and client onboarding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in selling tender consultancy or tender-based solutions preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
