We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales, controlling costs, and maintaining operational standards, while fostering a positive team environment.
Supervise and lead all store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed store targets and KPIs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures
Monitor store operations including cash handling, billing, opening and closing procedures
Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness according to brand guidelines
Analyze sales data and prepare reports on store performance
Implement promotions, pricing changes, and marketing activities
Enforce health and safety compliance and company policies
Coordinate with head office and other departments for smooth operations
