Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – from understanding requirements to closing the position.

• Source candidates through multiple channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, company website, job portals, and references.

• Screen and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.

• Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.

• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.

• Update and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates in coordination with the HR team.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in HR or related field).

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably from financial services, broking, or investment sector).

• Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of job descriptions and ability to match profiles effectively.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
