Core Responsibility: Lead high-quality static and motion design execution across brands. KRAs: Design social media creatives, campaigns, ads, Presentations, banners, and print collaterals Create basic to mid-level motion graphics (reels, animated posts, explainers) Collaborate with designers & video team to execute campaign ideas Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets Guide and mentor junior designers Manage multiple projects with tight timelines Coordinate with video editors for smooth design-to-video handover AI tools (will be an added benefit)
