Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Partner with managers to understand hiring needs.

Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

Maintain candidate database and hiring reports.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:

Graduate in any or related field.

0-1 years’ experience in recruitment.

Good knowledge of sourcing techniques & job portals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
