Job Description – Recruitment Executive (Headhunting Team) Position: Recruitment Executive Experience: 2 to 4 years in recruitment Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives (5% team incentive once monthly revenue ≥ ₹2,00,000) Type: Full-time About Us We are building a new-age headhunting team to solve hiring challenges for SMEs, startups, and corporate. Unlike traditional recruitment firms, we are AI-first, performance-driven, and based in Noida. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who can learn fast, use AI in recruitment, and grow with us. Key Responsibilities; -

 Understand client hiring requirements & draft clear JDs.

 Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and AI tools.

 Use AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for resume ranking, outreach, and reporting.

 Brief and prepare shortlisted candidates for interviews.

 Coordinate internal evaluations & client submissions.

 Handle client communication, interviews, and feedback.

 Follow up with client for collection. What We Expect

 Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.

 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment

 Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

 Quick learner, eager to use AI tools for productivity.

 Ambitious, target-driven, and comfortable working from office.
