We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to independently manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee management for a fast-growing global digital marketing organization. This role is critical in building structured HR systems, ensuring discipline, and supporting scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing, International Sales, IT, and Corporate roles
Plan and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth
Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and confirmation processes
Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and recruitment trackers
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
Employee Lifecycle & Management
Manage complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace discipline
Address employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues professionally
Support performance management, appraisals, and increment cycles
Policy, Compliance & Reporting
Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
Ensure compliance with internal policies and basic labor regulations
Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management
Assist leadership with workforce planning and HR strategy
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment + HR Generalist functions
Proven experience managing HR operations in a corporate environment
Knowledge of HR documentation, attendance systems, and payroll coordination
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation tools
