Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end hiring across functions (tech, operations, sales, support)
- Design and manage structured onboarding & induction programs
- Drive performance management systems, KRAs, appraisals, and feedback cycles
- Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
- Build scalable people processes for a growing team
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and exits professionally
- Partner with leadership on culture, engagement & retention
- Maintain HR MIS, documentation, and statutory compliance
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
