Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements from different departments
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Manage job postings on various platforms
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters
Follow up with candidates till onboarding completion
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to assess candidates effectively
Time management and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
