We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Associate to join our team and contribute to building strong talent pipelines for our clients.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Assist in salary negotiations and offer management.
Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
Build strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Support senior recruiters in fulfilling client hiring requirements.
Bachelor’s degree.
Prior experience in recruitment/HR (internship or 6 months+ preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/LinkedIn.
