·       Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment.

·       Understanding the client's requirement, keeping information about their company, industry, their work culture & environment.

·       Advertising vacancies on social media platforms to attract candidates in best way.

·       Sourcing candidates on various job portals & social media platforms like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook.

·       Shortlisting the suitable candidates based on the client’s requirement.

·       Briefing the shortlisted candidate about the company, job responsibilities, salary & other benefits of the job to ensure the clarity before attending the interview.

·       Organizing Interviews for candidates after receiving the confirmation from the client.

·       Continuous coordination with candidates as well as client.
