Job Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and sales orders
Coordinate with clients through calls and emails for inquiries and follow-ups
Follow up with customers for order confirmations and payments
Maintain and update customer records in Excel/ERP
Coordinate with dispatch and production team for order status
Prepare basic sales reports and MIS
Handle sales-related documentation
