  • Provide day-to-day support to clients using Tally ERP

  • Resolve customer queries related to accounting, GST, TDS, and inventory

  • Assist in Tally installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Handle data migration and synchronization issues

  • Guide clients on software usage and best practices

  • Coordinate with internal technical team for issue resolution

  • Conduct basic user training when required

  • Maintain proper documentation of support tickets and resolutions

  • Ensure timely closure of client issues
