Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients regarding dispatch schedules and delivery updates
Handle courier coordination and follow up for timely shipments
Manage transportation arrangements, including coordination with new transport vendors/customers
Prepare and update dispatch details and records
Ensure proper documentation related to dispatch and shipment
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to clients
Maintain dispatch data and reports
Skills Required:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation processes
Ability to handle multiple dispatches simultaneously
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, ERP – if applicable)
Attention to detail and good follow-up skills
