📅 Experience: 1 to 2 years in End to End Recruitment

If you’re skilled at sourcing talent using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and Google Dorking, this role is for you. (Training will be provided if you are not aware about these techniques)

What You’ll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts

Source candidates using advanced search techniques

Screen, evaluate, and coordinate interviews

Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain hiring reports using Excel/ATS

Work across industries like BFSI and other non-tech domains

Join a fast-paced Talent & HR Services firm where you’ll get hands-on exposure across functions.
