Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with both IT and Non-IT clients, and ensuring timely closures with quality talent. Key Responsibilities  End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing).  Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.  Source candidates using multiple platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting, social media).  Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.  Negotiate salary, notice periods, and offers with candidates in line with client expectations.  Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.  Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and closures.  Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to overall team success.
