Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and handle the team of Recruitment.

• Handle on boarding, orientation, attendance management and end to end recruitment process.

• Ensure accurate maintenance and regular updating of employee records in sheets.

• Conduct welcome calls for offered candidates to align expectations and ensure joining readiness.

• Connect with new employees during their early tenure to capture feedback and drive actionable insights.

• Communicate company policies and procedures to promote a positive and compliant work environment.

• Address employee queries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues through proper ticketing mechanisms when required.

• Share employee feedback insights and reports with relevant department on a regular basis.

• Conduct personal and professional reference checks for all new hires.
