Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.Screen technical profiles, coordinate interviews, and close positions.Maintain strong client and candidate communication.

Requirements:
