Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring for Personal Loan and Overdraft Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within tight timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hiring sales profiles in the BFSI/financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bulk hiring for Personal Loan and Overdraft Sales Executive positions.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and business teams.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure quick turnaround time to meet bulk hiring targets.
Build a strong pipeline of sales candidates for ongoing requirements.
Maintain good candidate experience and follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in BFSI / NBFC recruitment.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
