Job Description:
The HR Manager will oversee human resources within our courier/logistics operations. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy to ensure smooth workforce operations.
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience:
· 5–7 years as an HR Manager in e-commerce or FMCG sectors.
· Experience in manpower planning for warehouse, delivery, and logistics.
· High-volume recruitment for operational roles.
· Knowledge of shift management, attendance systems, and labor law compliance.
· Experience managing contract labor, vendors, and attrition control.
Qualification:
· Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
· Familiarity with advanced Excel or relevant HR certifications is preferred.
