ROLE PURPOSE

 Responsible for end to end recruitment process
 Recruitment across bottom, middle & top levels
 Analyzing, understanding & managing clients requirements
 Responsible for handling key accounts & coordination
 Analyzing, understanding & managing clients requirements
 Sourcing & screening candidate’s profiles through various means like job portals,
headhunting, references, social networking, etc.
 Matching the relevancy of candidates profiles with the requirements being shared by
the clients
 Managing coordination between the clients & candidates
 Sharing updates & following up with candidates & clients
 Responsible for complete process from sourcing the candidates to scheduling interviews
to negotiation & all the necessary coordination till joining of the candidates
 Responsible of maintaining data, creating reports & error free MIS
