Job Title: Stall Exhibition Supervisor

Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time+ site visits all over India
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Stall Exhibition Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, setup, execution, and dismantling of exhibition stalls and booths. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, meet design and quality standards, and satisfy client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise stall setup, fabrication, and installation at exhibition venues.

• Coordinate with designers, fabricators, and vendors for materials and logistics.

• Ensure on-site work is carried out as per approved designs and safety guidelines.

• Manage a team of workers and allocate daily tasks.

• Monitor progress and resolve any issues or delays during setup.

• Maintain communication with clients and report daily project updates.

• Inspect finished stalls for quality, alignment, and finishing before handover.

• Handle dismantling and ensure materials are returned or disposed of properly.

• Maintain records of material usage, manpower, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in exhibition or event stall setup supervision.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

• Ability to read and understand 3D stall design drawings.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event schedules.

• Basic computer and reporting skills preferred.

Salary:

• 12k- 15k+overtime

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
