Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of field and office staff.

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.

  • Support in preparing HR letters, ID cards, and maintaining personal files.

  • Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and daily updates.

  • Assist in payroll data collection and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.

  • Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Support in training and development activities for workers and staff.

  • Assist the HR team in ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance documentation.

  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.

  • Maintain discipline and proper communication between staff and management.
