Assist in recruitment and onboarding of field and office staff.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support in preparing HR letters, ID cards, and maintaining personal files.
Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and daily updates.
Assist in payroll data collection and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support in training and development activities for workers and staff.
Assist the HR team in ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
