Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Understand job requirements from clients

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

  • Maintain candidate tracking and follow-ups

HR Operations (Basic)

  • Assist with onboarding documentation

  • Maintain employee & candidate records

  • Support HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)

  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate professionally with candidates and clients

  • Provide regular hiring status updates

  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process

 

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business / Any discipline)

  • Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)

  • Basic understanding of recruitment process (training will be provided)

  • Willingness to learn and adapt

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
