About the Company

Malgotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Malgopay) is a fast-growing fintech startup providing digital payment solutions such as mobile recharges, DTH payments, and cashback offers. We’re expanding our sales operations and looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to build and manage our Coimbatore team.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• End-to-end recruitment with a focus on hiring telesales and field sales teams.

• Source candidates through job portals, campus drives, and references.

• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and onboard selected candidates.

• Maintain employee records and handle documentation (offer letters, ID cards, etc.).

• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

• Support implementation of HR policies and employee engagement activities.

• Handle performance monitoring and assist in PIP (Performance Improvement Plans).

Administration:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and facilities management.

• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and logistics.

• Maintain asset records (laptops, SIM cards, etc.).

• Support management in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR and Admin roles (experience in startup or sales recruitment preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.

• Ability to join immediately and work from office.
