Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Ludhiana
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management ○ Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events for executives.
2. Communication Support ○ Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and forwarding messages as needed.
3. Document Preparation ○ Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documents as requested.
4. Travel Arrangements ○ Coordinate travel bookings and accommodations for executive travel needs.
5. General Administrative Support ○ Perform light office duties such as filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Excellent communication skills.
