Job Summary

We are hiring a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive who has strong experience in outbound calling and lead generation for outdoor advertising services.

The candidate should be skilled in pitching services, handling client queries, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients across North India

Generate and qualify leads for outdoor advertising services

Pitch and explain services like hoardings, LED screens, bus branding, unipoles, etc.

Follow up regularly with prospects and convert them into business opportunities

Maintain call records, lead details, and follow-up status

Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and conversions

Build professional relationships with clients for long-term business

Eligibility & Skills Required

Graduation in any stream

6 months–2 years experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / BDE

Strong communication, convincing & negotiation skills

Experience in outbound calling and lead generation

Good client-handling skills and understanding of sales process

Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel

Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 + Incentives
