• Provide nursing care to patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency areas. • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors. • Monitor patient vital signs and report abnormalities to doctors. • Assist doctors during procedures and treatments. • Maintain patient case sheets and nursing documentation. • Coordinate with RMOs, doctors, and other healthcare staff. • Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols. • Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures. • Assist in patient admission and discharge process
